Coronavirus (COVID-19) Safety Update

Dear StrikeForce Customer,

Just a quick note to assure you that StrikeForce is taking the safety of our customers and staff very seriously. We have implemented an internal policy and a “no-touch” transaction for your safety and peace of mind.

We understand that the quality of your air in your home is now more important than ever. We remain fully staffed and prepared to service our customers in the event of an outage of your HVAC system. We are taking extra precautionary measures to do our part in reducing the possible spread of COVID-19.

Prior to work each day, we are asking our employees to take a personal health self-assessment, which includes the following;

Do any of the following currently apply to you?

  • Fever (greater than 37.3°C/99.1°F)
  • Respiratory symptoms, dry cough or shortness of breath, headache, muscle aches and pains, chills, sore throat or other unexplained severe illness accompanied by a fever
  • Possible contact of symptomatic individuals or those who have come in contact with the virus

If our employees answer yes to any of the above, they are being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, and they cannot return to work until the risk has passed.  Likewise, we ask you to let us know if any of the above apply to you so we can assess how we serve you, keeping in mind everyone’s safety and health.

Our technicians are being dispatched directly from their homes to reduce person to person contact. In addition, our technicians are wearing gloves, safety goggles, and bandanas (until masks are available.) Our office and vehicles have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and will be sanitized throughout the workday.

StrikeForce will continue to be available 24/7 and are here to help you REMAIN COOL during these stressful times. Service fees are waived with repair and we never charge extra after hours!

In addition, we will continue to handle all customer billing and payment transactions electronically. Your technician will walk you through the steps to review your invoice and/or pay your bill on your cell phone or home computer during the visit.
