Who We Are
StrikeForce prides itself on being a small, highly-skilled, HVAC team. We don’t offer Electrical and Plumbing services. We focus on HVAC and we do it better!
We offer our customers a personal touch in everything we do. From the first phone call to the local office until our technician shows up at your door, we treat you like family. Our focus is NOT to upsell you a bunch of products you don’t need and we NEVER quote unnecessary repairs. Our focus is simple, we educate our customers on the comfort options available and let them decide what is best for their home and budget.
HVAC is a large investment for a homeowner and we understand that. You deserve to be consistently comfortable in every room in your home, 24 hours a day! Our goal is to show you how to achieve maximum comfort, efficiently!
Our Key Players
Toby
Toby is our Fearless leader. A highly trained, master HVAC professional with NATE certification and over 20 years of experience. He excelled at various large HVAC companies in the Austin area and in 2011 decided to offer his expertise to his own clientele on a more personal level and offer more value than you normally receive from the “guys on TV.”
Mary
Mary is our Office Manager and dispatcher. Mary has a long history in customer service and has focused on the HVAC industry for the last 5 years. When you call our office you won’t get a “call center representative in California! You will get a genuine Texan gal who understands just how hot it is in August and will get a tech to your home or office lickety-split!
John
John is a Senior Technician that services our residential clients and our commercial partnerships. John has 10 years of experience in HVAC and can fix just about darn near anything! John is the kind of guy that doesn’t leave the job until he has explored every solution to keep your system running at optimal capacity! He handles many large retail customers like Sherwin Williams, Gucci, Chico’s, Kendra Scott, and Ideal Image, just to name a few.
Jef
Jef is our Senior Residential technician. Jef brings 5+ years of knowledge with him to Strikeforce. Jef started as Toby’s helper “back in the day” and has grown to be an excellent installer, service technician, and an integral part of the StrikeForce team! You may see Jef when its time for annual maintenance or during an emergency break down. He’s kind of guy that’s always there when you need him and has the knowledge to resolve your issue!
Micah
Micah is our newest addition! Micah is a technician assistant and warehouse associate. He is the backup guy to the techs (which means he does all the hard work!) In addition, he is in charge of our warehouse inventory and operations.
