The Strike Force story
Started by a tech who hated the corporate runaround.
After two decades fixing systems for the big companies, master HVAC professional Toby Puttrich had seen enough commission-driven diagnoses and pressure-sold replacements. In 2011 he started Strike Force with a different model: a small, highly-skilled team, honest quotes, and customer education instead of sales scripts.
Fifteen years later the trucks say the same thing the first one did — no upsells, just quality work. The team is still small on purpose: NATE-certified, background-checked technicians who text when they're on the way, show you the failed part, and treat your home like family lives there. Because in this company, that's not a metaphor.
